摘要
采用Femap&Nastran有限元分析(FEA)软件,对某高速外圆磨床电主轴系统进行有限元建模,对其中的轴承支撑关系、螺栓结合面和过盈配合面参数的设置给出了理论依据和实际操作方法,在求解出有限元模型的固有频率后将其与模态测试试验结果进行对比.对比结果证明了有限元建模的可靠性,有限元模型的求解结果可以为高速外圆磨床的模态求解提供可靠的依据.
Using finite element analysis (FEA), established and analyzed by Femap & Nastran. a high speed cylinder grinding electric spindle system is Then the methods of setting bearings stiffness, bolt and parameters at joint surface are proposed. Based on the results obtained from the experimental modal analysis performed in the machine, the finite element model (FEM) is validated. It demonstrates that FEM is feasible to predict the dynamic behavior of the high speed cylinder grinding machine, as well as modal analysis.
