摘要
为实现飞机装配的全三维化,提出生产现场中三维工艺装配指令的实现方法.将三维工艺装配指令中零件三维模型与零件列表相关联,利用文字与仿真动画相结合的技术,实现生产现场装配指令的三维化.实践表明该三维工艺装配指令能更好地表达其所包含的工艺信息,有利于指导现场装配,提高飞机装配效率.
For realizing the full three-dimensional display of the aircraft assembly, the method of three- dimensional process assembly order in production site is proposed. By associating 3D models of parts with part list in 3D process assembly instructions and using the technology of combination the text of the list with the simulation animation, 3D display of assembly order in production site is realized. It has been demonstrated that 3D process assembly order can include more process information, which benefit to instruct the assembly in production site and improve the efficiency of airplane assembly.
