摘要 针对当前制造执行系统的开发难以满足业务频繁变更的问题,基于WebFlow的概念,采用模块映射模板的机制,提出了一种面向Web制造执行系统的模块组装的快速开发方法.首先提出整体开发的框架,具体论述了系统建模和系统生成的应用层次.而后定义了通用系统的组成模块,并进一步阐述了模块的性质.在此基础上,提出了系统构建算法,将模块组装拼接成完整系统.最后以制造执行系统(MES)项目为实例,验证该系统建模的可行性和正确性.研究结果表明该模型满足系统快速开发的要求. A rapid development method using module assembling is supposed in order to solve the problem that the web manufactory execution system's developing can't meet the requirement of business changing. It is a method that uses Web Flow to assemble module and template mapping module to generate system. Firstly, system framework is put forward and the phase of system modelling and generation in the framework will be emphasized. Secondly, the composing module of general system and details about the properties are provided. Furthermore, system assembling algorithm, which indicates the way assembling modules into system, is given. study to verify the correctness development. Finally, a manufactory execution system (MES) project is used as a case and feasibility. The result shows that the model can meet the rapid development.
