摘要
通过建立圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧参数的计算方程式,采用SolidWorks软件,用户只需输入弹簧的有关参数,即刻生成对应变量弹簧的三维模型,真正实现圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的参数化建模.在此基础上根据设计的需要,将常用的弹簧尺寸以配置的形式保存,添加弹簧的零件库,便于今后调用.借鉴这种方法,建立机械零件中的常用件和标准件的零件库,具有一定的参考和实用价值.
The parametric modelling of cylinder helical compression spring is studied by using the SolidWorks software to establish the mathematical equations of parameters. The three-dimensional model is obtained through the corresponding parameters of spring which finally realize the parametric modelling. Regular spring dimension is saved in the form of configuration and spring library is added in this basis for future application. The library of regular parts and normal parts are framed according to this method and this pave the way for practical value.
