摘要
东莞至惠州城际轨道交通松山湖地下车站深基坑因设计方案调整需对原基坑进行加宽加长。在基坑加宽过程中,需对原基坑钢支撑进行拆除,然后架设加宽后基坑的钢支撑。在这个钢支撑"拆"、"换"的过程中(即基坑的扩挖换撑过程),基坑的受力体系将发生较大的变化,为保证深基坑在扩挖换撑过程中的施工安全,运用理正软件对深基坑的扩挖换撑受力体系进行了数值分析,同时制订了深基坑扩挖换撑施工技术方案,通过理论分析、现场关键施工技术控制、基坑监控量测等工作,保证了深基坑扩挖换撑施工安全。
The foundation pit of Songshanhu Metro station on Donggan-Huizhou railway transit line has to be enlarged due to the modification of the design, therefore the steel supports have to be replaced. The forcing system of the founda- tion pit will change a lot during the replacing of the steel supports. The forcing system of the foundation pit is numerical- ly analyzed by means of Lizheng software and the scheme of the enlarging and support-replacing of the foundation pit is established. The construction safety is guaranteed by carrying out theoretical analysis, key construction technology con- trol and foundation pit monitoring.
