Analysis of the management model of science research under the secondary management system at higher vocational college

针对高职院校二级管理体制推进的实际情况,比对高校二级管理体制在国内外研究理论现状,基于校系二级管理模式,对高职院校二级管理体制下的科研管理的基本内容、科研管理人员素质建设等进行了探析。

In the light of the progressing of the secondary management system in higher vocational colleges, on the basis of a comparative study on the status quo in this regard between China and other countries, this paper attempts to explore such essential issues： the content of research management under the secondary management system in higher vocational colleges, the improvement of the research staff in those institutions. This exploration is based on a case study of the secondary management model at two levels： department and college.
