摘要 "老有所教、老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐"是桐庐县委县政府和人民群众的共同目标和美好愿景。桐庐依据农村老年人的教育现状,采取多种渠道的、灵活多样的教学形式,创新教学内容,促进了农村老年教育服务工作的开展。通过实践探索和试点建设,逐步建立起了合适、科学、高效的农村老年人教育体系。实践证明,桐庐农村老年人教育的经验对于如何积极有效地开展农村老年人教育有着积极的借鉴作用。 "Senior citizen's education, learning, worthiness, a feeling of happiness" is the common goals and vision of the Party committee, government and the people of Tonglu county. Many flexible forms and channels of education with innovated contents have been provided for elders in the rural areas fit their current education backgrounds, and improved the service of elders'education in the county. Through exploration and pilot project, a suitable, scientific and effective system of elders education has been established. The practice of the Tonglu county shows that their experience can provide a valuable reference for effective rural elders' education.
