摘要
生态教学是应用型人才培养的有效途径之一,应用型人才培养需要生态教学环境的创建。文章从构造课堂教学的生态环境,达到环境内各因素和谐统一;提升学生的健全人格,培养学生的信心、责任、意识以及做人的道理;发挥学生的主体作用,养成主动学习的良好习惯;培养学生的实践能力,形成课内和课外的有机统一;注重资源的有效整合,发挥多种资源的合力等方面探讨了完善滁州学院应用型人才培养的生态教学途径。
Ecological teaching is the effective way of the application talents, one of the application talents need to ecological teaching environment created. This article from the structure of the classroom teaching of ecological environment, to achieve the environment factors in harmony and improving student's sound personality, cultivate the students' confidence, responsibility, consciousness and the truth that be an upright person, students will play a main role, to develop active learning the good habit, the cul tivation of the students practical ability, form the teaching in class and after of the organic unity, pay attention to the effective integration of the resources, play a variety of resources together, and dis cussed the perfect chuzhou college application talents ecological teaching way.
