Study on the Strategies for Standardized Management of Training——Based on a Comparative Study on Typical Enterprises in China and Abroad

培训规范化管理是国内外典型企业的共同追求。本文通过描述典型企业在培训管理体制机制、培训制度管理、培训项目实施管理、课程体系建设管理、师资队伍建设管理等五个方面的做法,分析其中的共同之处和差异之点,探索研究中国石化培训规范化管理的策略。

Standardized management of training is a common goal pursued by typical enterprises in China and abroad. This paper offers an analysis of the similarities and differences of some typical enterprises in five fields, i.e. training management systems and mechanisms, training systems management, training program implementation management, curriculum system building management and management of teaching faculty cultivation, in an effort to explore the strategies for standardized management of training in SINOPEC.
