To ensure services for SINOPEC headquarters and realize the strategic objective of building a first-class property management team, SINOPEC Logistics Service Center implements a variety of measures, including developing unified values, establishing management selection mechanism, detailing the performance assessment process, focusing on team - building of the services workers, continuously providing education and training to staff, and showing concerns for staff.
