摘要
人力资源管理是创建和谐劳动关系的重要途径,国有企业人力资源管理好坏直接影响到建立"规范有序、公正合理、互助共赢、和谐稳定"的社会主义新型劳动关系。结合镇海炼化的实践,从选才、育才、用才、聚才等方面入手,对国有企业加强人力资源管理、创建和谐劳动关系的实践进行思考。
Human resource management is the key to building up harmonious labor relations. The quality of human resource management in state - owned enterprises directly affects the establishment of "standardized and organized, fair and appropriate, mutually beneficial, harmonious and stable" new labor relations unique to a socialist society. Based on the practices of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, the paper examines what measures in terms of personnel recruitment, personnel training, personnel use & personnel attraction can be taken by stateowned enterprises to strengthen human resource management and build up harmonious labor relations.
