The Power Plant of SINOPEC Sichuan Vinylon Works makes attempts to build an encouraging, caring and helping mechanism in the Party organization based on the actual Party building activities. It employs five approaches to create a caring, warm and harmonious atmosphere within the Party organization, which include focusing on humanistic care, giving political incentives, building work platforms, strengthening ideological caring, and improving the assistance mechanism, which effectively stimulate Party members＇ enthusiasm and initiatives.
