摘要
目的通过观察软脉降脂合剂对兔动脉搭桥术后血液流变学及心肌酶的影响,探讨软脉降脂合剂在动脉搭桥术后再狭窄发生过程中的防治作用,以及中药治疗冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)后再狭窄的可能作用机制。方法以新西兰大白兔为动物模型,随机分为模型组、西药对照组、软脉降脂合剂中剂量组、软脉降脂合剂高剂量组,行右侧颈动脉搭桥术。术后给药灌胃8周后,动物取血。抗凝血检测全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数,取血清检测肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等心肌酶水平。结果各给药组与模型组相比,血液黏度及心肌酶水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组与西药对照组比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而软脉降脂合剂中、高剂量组呈量效正相关。结论中药软脉降脂合剂能够降低动脉搭桥术后的血液黏度及心肌酶水平,有助于改善CABG术后高血黏度引起的血栓性再狭窄,同时也能减轻由于高血黏度引起的微循环障碍所致的心肌损害。
Objective To observe the effect of Ruanmai Jiangzhi mixture(RJM) on hemorheologic change and myocardial enzyme of rabbits by artery bypass graft,and to explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of RJM.Methods New Zealand white rabbit models with right common carotid artery bypass graft were constructed,and randomly divided into four groups:Model group,control group,middle dose RJM group,high dose RJM group.Eight weeks after dosing,anmials blood was got to detect hemorheologic change and myocardial enzyme.Results The hemorheologic change and myocardial enzyme level in model group were significantly higher than those in treatment group(P0.05).The effects of RJM group was statistically better compared with control group(P0.05).There was a positive dose-related correlation.Conclusion RJM could decrease hemorheologic change and myocardial enzyme after artery bypass graft,thereby was helpful to improve thrombotic restenosis caused by high blood viscosity after CABG,it also could reduce the microcirculation disturbance caused by high blood viscosity due to myocardial damage.
