Research on the Construction of Rural Informatization in Yangzhou from Talents Support

文章从扬州农村信息化和农村信息人才队伍建设发展现状入手,通过调查分析发现,一方面农村信息化建设任务依然繁重,急需大量人才,另一方面高素质、复合型人才不愿到农村就业。深入剖析目前扬州农村信息化存在的问题,文章从人才支撑的角度提出了制定发展规划、提升农民素质、吸引高校毕业生落户农村、加强专职信息员队伍建设等解决对策,以促进扬州农村信息化的健康发展。

To begin with the current situation of rural informatization and the construction of rural talents team in Yangzhou, and through investigation and analysis, this article finds out that there still exists an enormous task of im- proving the rural informatization, which needs a large number of talents, while high-quality compound talents are un- willing to work in the countryside. Based on the deep exploration of those problems, it, from the aspect of talents support, comes up with some solutions, such as working out the development plan, raising farmers＇quality, attracting college graduates to settle in the countryside, and strengthening the building of professional information teams, etc. , so as to promote the healthy development of rural informatization in Yangzhou.
