摘要
通过模具电加工岗位群中典型工作岗位的职责、任务的归纳,剖析其对能力体系所需的能力和技能的要求,从而从学习领域和行动领域指导课程改革。运用"课堂工场化、工场课堂化"的教学模式将课堂教学与工作现场有机结合起来,使教、学、做融为一体。
This paper sums up the duties of typical jobs in Mold EDM post group and analyzes the capability and skill requirements needed in the capability system, thus guiding the curriculum reform from the perspective of learn- ing and working. The teaching mode of combining classroom and workshop unites the classroom and workshop organi- cally and integrates teaching, learning and practice harmoniously.
