摘要
目的观察输液泵控制全自动换血治疗新生儿重症高胆红素血症的疗效。方法对40例新生儿重症高胆红素血症的患儿进行输液泵控制全自动换血治疗。结果 40例患儿血总胆红素、间接胆红素均较换血前下降,平均分别下降55.7%、54.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肝肾功能和血清钾、钠、钙、镁、血糖以及心肌酶CK-MB、凝血常规换血前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全自动换血治疗新生儿重症高胆红素血症疗效好、副作用少、操作简单,值得临床上应用。
Objective To assess the clinical effects of the therapy of automated exchange transfusion by infusion pump on neonate severe hyperbilirubinemia. Methods The therapy of automated exchange transfusion by infusion pump was applied on 40 newborn cases of hyperbilirubinemia. Results All of the total serum bilirubin, indirect bilirubin had declined sig- nificantly due to the therapy (P 〈 0.05), and the declined rate were 55.7%, 54.3% respectively. There were no significant changes on the levels of the liver and kidney functions, coagulation index, serum kalium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, blood sugar and myocardium enzyme CK-MB (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of automated exchange transfusion by in- fusion pump on neonate severe hyperbilirubinemia is practicable, which has notable effect, less side-effects and might be applied easily, it is worth using in clinical work.
