摘要 目的了解本地区泌尿生殖系统解脲支原体及人型支原体的感染和耐药情况,为临床合理选择抗生素提供依据。方法采用支原体培养及药敏试剂盒,对1 125例泌尿生殖系统患者进行支原体培养和药物敏感试验。结果 1 125例标本中检测出支原体阳性434例,其中Uu感染占77.65%(337/434),Mh感染占5.53%(24/434),Uu+Mh混合感染占16.82%(73/434)。药敏结果显示,敏感性高的前三种药物为强力霉素(DOX)、美满霉素(MIN)、四环素(TET);耐药性高的前三位为环丙沙星(CIP)、红霉素(ERY)、司帕沙星(SPA)。结论泌尿生殖系统感染患者支原体培养及药敏检测,可为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据,医生应根据药敏结果选择抗生素。 Objective To know the infection status and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu)and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in urogenital tract in our district, and to provide proper guidence for antibiotics choosing to clinicians. Methods Myeoplasma culture identification and sensitivity test were done among 1 125 urogenital tract specimens. Re- suits Among 1 125 specimen ,434 were positive. Uu was 77.65%(337/434), Mh was 5.53%(24/434), the mixed infection of Uu and Mh was 16.82%(73/434). The drug sensitivity showed that the most sensitive drugs were doxcyeline, minoey- cline and tetracycline. The most resistance drugs were Ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, Sparfloxacin. Conclusion The my- coplasma cultivation and drug sensitivity tests of urogenital tract could provide guidance to clinical treatment. The clini- cians should rationally choose and use antibiotics according to the drug susceptibility.
