冲吸一体式牙刷在危重患者口腔护理中的应用

The application of flushing and suction in-one toothbrush in the oral care of critical patients

目的研究冲吸一体式牙刷为患者进行口腔护理的效果。方法选择2011年3月～2012年3月在心内科监护室接受治疗的危重卧床患者60例,分为实验组使用冲吸一体式牙刷及牙膏或口腔护理液进行口腔护理,对照组使用传统口腔护理包中的盐水棉球进行口腔护理,从口腔护理材料、患者口臭、口腔不洁、口腔感染等方面进行分析。结果实验组每次口腔护理的材料成本远远低于对照组,而且在防治口臭、清洁口腔、防止口腔感染等方面具有显著疗效。结论冲吸一体式软毛牙刷彻底改变了传统口腔护理模式,具有体积小、使用灵活、操作简便、达到彻底清洁口腔目的的特点。

Objective To Study the effects of flushing and suction in-one toothbrush in the oral care for patients. Methods Chose 60 cases from the critical patients in Department of Cardiology from March 2011 to March 2012,they were divided into experimental group using flushing and suction in-one toothbrush and control group used oral package. Results The o- ral care material costs of experimental group was lower than control group and had a significant effect in the prevention of ozostomia, cleaning the mouth and preventing the oral infections. Conclusion The flushing and suction in-one toothbrush changes the oral care mode and clean.
