小儿呼吸科医务人员医院感染防范研究

The hospital infection prevention of medical staff in the department of pediatric respiratory

目的通过研究小儿呼吸科医务人员的医院感染情况,建立有效的防范机制,降低感染率。方法在进行问卷调查分析基础上,通过健康教育、改善设施、加强监管力度等防范措施,建立并落实防范机制。结果小儿呼吸科医务人员落实防范机制的自觉性明显提高,医务人员的院内感染发生率明显下降,由14.3%降至8.4%(P<0.01)。结论在呼吸科应用相关防范措施,能够有效降低呼吸科医务人员院内感染发生率。

Objective To reduce rate of the hospital infection of medical staff in the department of pediatric respiratory by studying their case in hospital infection on the establishment of an effective preventing mechanism. Methods The preven- tion mechanism was established by the health education, facilities improvement, supervision strengthen based on the ques- tionnaire, analysis. Results The hospital infection rate of pediatric respiratory medical staff reduced from 14.3% to 8.4%, decreased significantly （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The hospital infection rate could be reduced effectively by application the preventive measures in respiratory department application.
