摘要
随着航空业的发展,长航线、不规律夜航以及跨时区长途飞行不断增多,使飞行疲劳成为严峻的问题。疲劳的主要症状有动作行为迟缓、注意力集中困难、记忆困难以及更多的判断失误。据统计4%~8%的飞行事故都与飞行疲劳有关。通过对飞行员宣传教育,优化飞行时间表;充分利用机上休息时间、驾驶舱小睡、短暂休息等对策改善飞行员疲劳状态。
By modern aviation developing, long duty periods, night flight, time-zone transitions, are increasing, and pilot fatigue became a significant problem. Sleepiness and lethargy, cognitive slowness, concentration difficulties, and irritability are common symptoms of aircrew fatigue. Study indicate that fatigue is involved in at least 4%-8% of aviation mishaps. With proper education, safer crew schedules and effectiveon-board rest opportunities, cockpit napping, controlled rest breaks, and other techniques can prevent or resolve fatigue .
