摘要
目的探讨伐昔洛韦与甲钴胺联用治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我科治疗的96例复发性生殖器疱疹患者,按照用药方式的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组采取口服伐昔洛韦片和肌注甲钴胺,对照组采取口服伐昔洛韦。30 d观察后两组局部病变的愈合时间以及复发情况。结果观察组患者较对照组在治疗效果、复发率上有明显差异,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),复发时观察组皮损面积小于对照组,且止疱时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论伐昔洛韦与甲钴胺联用治疗复发性生殖器疱疹具有良好的疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Valaciclovir and Mecobalamin for recurrent genital herpes. Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group according to the diftbrent ways of administration. The control group was given valaciclovir, while the experimental group was given valaciclovir and mecobalamin. Compared the two groups on patients＇ healing time and the thing of recurrence after 30 days. Results The observation group in healing time and recurrence were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈 0.05）. The lesion of observation group were smaller than that of the control group when recurrence, and heal ing time was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There a good clinical value of Valaciclovir and Mecobalamin for the treatment of recurrent genital heroes, worthy of !9oDularizing.
