护理干预对肠镜下行肠息肉切除患者并发症的影响

The role of nursing care in reducing the complications of polypectomy by enteroscope

目的探讨护理干预在降低肠镜下行肠息肉切除术并发症发生中的作用。方法将229例肠镜下行肠息肉切除术患者随机分成干预组114例,对照组115例。对照组患者按照内镜下肠息肉切除术护理常规进行护理,而干预组则在常规护理的基础上增加其他的护理干预手段;并比较两组患者术中和术后疼痛、肠出血、肠穿孔的发生率。结果干预组患者术中和术后疼痛、肠出血、肠穿孔等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论术前后对患者进行健康宣教、心理沟通、行为限制等护理干预,可以降低内镜下肠息肉切除术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing care in the reduce the complications of polypectomy by enteroscope occurred in the role. Methods 229 patients were randomLy divided into an observation group（n = 114） and a control group（n = 115 ）. The patients in the control group received conventional care and the patients in the observation group were increase in the other nursing interventions;and compare the two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative pain,enterorrha- gia,enterobrosis. Results The patients in the observation group with intraoperative and postoperative pain,enteronhagia, enterobrosis.complication rate was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Perioperative patients with health education ,psychological and communication,behavioral restrictions nursing intervention can reduce the inci- dence of postoperative complications of endoscopic intestinal polyps.
