腹腔镜在诊治异位妊娠中的临床效果研究

The clinical effects of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜在诊治异位妊娠中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院妇产科2009年2月～2011年7月收治的异位妊娠患者94例,随机分为两组,其中47例为治疗组采用腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠,47例为对照组予以常规开腹治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复等情况。结果治疗组的平均手术时间、术中出血量均明显低于对照组,且治疗组肛门排气时间也显著早于对照组,对照组的并发症发生率明显高于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜诊治异位妊娠时间快、对患者损伤少,并且相对于开腹手术患者术后恢复快、并发症发生情况少,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy （EP）in the clinical effect study. Methods All of 94 cases of EP patients were divided into two groups, of which 47 cases of laparoscopic treat- ment of ectopie pregnancy for the treatment group,the remaining 47 cases of conventional open surgery treatment for the control group, to compare two group of patients with surgery. Results The mean operative time and blood loss volume of the treatment group was lower than the control group and the control group the incidence of complications was higher than the treatment gToup, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with less damage, and laparotomy in patients with rapid postoperative recovery, complications were less; it is worth in clinical practice.
