孕期高血压孕妇血脂代谢水平的变化及其临床意义

Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy pregnant women lipid metabolism level change and its clinical significance

目的探讨妊娠期高血压(HDCP)孕妇血脂代谢水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选择HDCP孕妇63例,正常孕妇57例,分别测定两组孕妇血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B。结果妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇与正常孕妇甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B相比,各组P值均>0.05,无统计学意义。两组孕妇高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A相比,P值均<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论妊娠期高血压疾病的发生与血脂代谢异常有关,特别是与低水平的高密度脂蛋白及低载脂蛋白A有关。孕期严密监测血脂水平,积极预防妊娠期高血压疾病的发生,以减少母婴并发症。

Objective To evaluate changes in lipid profile in women with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods This study was performed in 63 women with pregnancy induced hypertension and 57 normal pregnant women. Serum triglyc- erides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDLC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C）, apolipoproteins A （Apo A）, and apolipoproteins B （Apo B） were measured. Results Serum levels of HDL-C and Apo A levels were significantly lower in women with pregnancy induced hypertension than in normal pregnant women,but no difference was observed in TG,TC,LDL-C and Apo B among groups. Conclusion Our findings suggest that low HDL-C and Apo A levels are risk factors for the development of pregnant induced hypertension.
