摘要
目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠质量和生活质量的现状,关注其相关性。方法 90例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的患者作为观察组,90例体检的正常成年人作为对照组,评价睡眠质量和生活质量。结果观察组睡眠质量明显低于对照组,观察组睡眠障碍的发生率明显高于对照组,观察组在生活质量八个角度的评分明显低于对照组,观察组总体健康评分与睡眠质量评分呈正相关性。结论阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠质量和生活质量明显下降,睡眠质量和生活质量评分具有一定的协同作用,临床在治疗中应当积极进行心理方面的引导,以进一步改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the sleep quality and life quality in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypnea syn- drom, and study their clinica｜ significance. Methods All 90 patients were collected as the observation group, 90 normal adults were collected as the control group. We analyzed the sleep quality and life quality by questionnaires. Results The score of sleep quality were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The score of life quality were lower in the observation group than in the control group. Positive correlation were found in the observation group. Conclusion The higher score of sleep quality, lower score of life quality are found in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypnea syn- drome. The essential intervention should be carried out in clincial work.
