局限型腹膜间皮瘤肝脏转移1例

Localized Malignant Peritoneal Mesothelioma with Intrahepatic Metastasis:A Case Report

目的探讨局限型腹膜间皮瘤的CT表现,以提高其诊断准确率。方法结合1例局限型腹膜间皮瘤患者的影像学表现并进行文献复习。结果本例CT表现为结肠肝曲分叶状软组织肿块,增强扫描不均匀明显强化,邻近网膜增厚,与周围组织分界欠清,伴肝内多发转移。结论局限型腹膜间皮瘤诊断较困难,远处转移罕见,通过该病例,加深对局限型腹膜间皮瘤的认识,为今后腹腔内局限性肿块的诊断多提供一个鉴别诊断的选择。

Objoctive To improve the diagnostic accuracy of localized malignant peritoneal mesothelioma in the abdominal cavity （MPMA） by analying CT features. Methods Report a case of localized MPMA and review the related literature. Results CT revealed a heterogeneously enhancing peritoneal mass between the right lobe of the liver and the ascending colon, omental thickening, no clear boundary with surrounding tissues, and intrahepatic multiple metastasis. Conclusions Few accounts have been pubiished of localized MPMA with distant metastasis. We, herein, described this case to help getting good knowledge of localized MPMA.When a localized peritoneal mass is encountered, localized malignant mesothelioma should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
