肺隐球菌病的CT表现及误诊原因分析

CT Diagnosis and Analysis of Misdiagnosis of Pulmonary Cryptococcosis

目的通过对肺隐球菌病的CT征象进行回顾性分析,探讨其误诊的原因。材料与方法收集28例经手术及临床证实的肺隐球菌病患者的CT与X线资料,分析其CT征象。结果肺隐球菌病的主要CT表现包括:(1)肿块或结节型;(2)浸润实变型;(3)小结节或网织结节型;(4)混合型。结论肺隐球菌病误诊率较高。认真分析CT影像征象,结合临床资料,并进行动态观察,提高诊断准确率。

Objective Retrospective analysis the CT signs of Pulmonary cryptococcosis and Explore the reasons for its misdiagnosis. Materials and methods Collected the CT and X-ray data of 28 cases which diagnosed Pulmonary cryptococcosis by Surgery and clinical and analyzed the CT features of them. Restdts The main CT features were as follows： （1） Lumps or nodules.（2） Infiltration and Consolidation. （3） Small nodules and Net woven nodules. （4） Hybrid. Conclusion The rate of misdiagnosis of Pulmonary cryptococcosis is high. Analyze the CT imaging sign carefully, combined with clinical data, and dynamic observation could improve the diagnostic accuracy .
