摘要
目的:探讨脓毒血症患者行连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的观察与护理方法。方法:对37例脓毒血症患者行CRRT,并给予密切观察和精心护理,比较治疗前后患者生命体征、动脉血气分析、肾功能、血小板计数(PLT)及急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)的评分情况。结果:本组治疗后心率、呼吸、平均动脉压、肾功能、动脉血气分析、PLT及APACHEⅡ评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:CRRT能提高脓毒血症患者存活率和抢救成功率,密切观察和精心护理是保证治疗顺利进行的关键。
Objective：To investigate the observation and nursing methods in the treatment of patients with sepsis by using continuous re nal replacement therapy （CRRT）. Methods ：37 patients with sepsis were treated with CRRT and given close observation and careful nursing care. The. patients vital signs, arterial blood gas analysis, renal function, blood platelet count （ PLT ） and APACHE II scores were compared before and after the treatment. Results：The patients＇heart rate,respiration,mean arterial pressure,renal function, arterial blood gas analy sis, PLT and APACHE U scores were better after the treatment than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： CRRT can improve the survival rate of patients with sepsis and the success rate of rescue, close observation and careful nursing care is the key to the smooth treat ment.
