磁吸针配合整脊手法治疗颈源性面神经麻痹的临床研究

Clinical study of magnetic suction needle combined with chiropractic manipulative therapy in the treatment of cervicogenic facial nerve paralysis

目的通过磁吸针配合整脊手法治疗颈源性面神经麻痹达到标本兼治的目的,找到一种治疗颈源性面神经麻痹安全、有效的新方法。方法将我院91例颈源性面神经麻痹患者随机分成两组,治疗组48例采用磁吸针配合整脊手法治疗,对照组43例采用磁吸针治疗,20次为1个疗程,疗程间休息3～5 d;1个疗程后对照组未愈患者转入治疗组治疗;参照《深圳市疾病诊疗指南》Bell面瘫疗效标准,观察患者临床疗效。结果第1个疗程治疗组治愈率(89.6%)、总有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(69.8%、86.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第1个疗程后治疗组总治愈率为100.0%。结论磁吸针配合整脊手法治疗颈源性面神经麻痹效果显著。

Objective To find a safe and effective new method to treat cervicogenic facial nerve paralysis through magnetic suction needle combined with chiropractic manipulative therapy,in order to get goal treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease.Methods 91 patients with cervicogenic facial paralysis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in the treatment group were given magnetic suction needle combined with chiropractic manipulative therapy,and 43 cases in the control group were given magnetic suction needle treatment.Both groups took 20 times as a course of treatment,each course rested 3-5 days;After one course of treatment,the unhealed patients from the control group was transferred to the treatment group.Clinical efficacy was observed referenced with Bell facial paralysis curative effect standard from Shenzhen City Disease Clinic Guide.Results After the first course of treatment,the cure rate（89.6%） and the total efficiency rate（100.0%） of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（69.8%,86.0%）,there were significant differences between two groups（P 0.05）.After the first course of treatment,the total cure rate of treatment group was 100.0%.Conclusion The treatment of magnetic suction needle combined with chiropractic manipulative therapy has remarkable effection on healing cervicogenic facial nerve paralysis.
