城镇居民医保的可持续性分析:基于江苏省新沂市“新农合”与居民医保保障水平调查

Sustainability analysis of urban residents basic medical insurance: survey of benefit level of new rural cooperative medical system and urban residents basic medical insurance in Xinyi City of Jiangsu Province

本文根据江苏省新沂市城镇居民基本医疗保险与新型农村合作医疗(简称"新农合")的保障水平的调查情况,利用住院费用支付比例、参保人数及基金收支情况等指标,将两种制度进行对比,分析了城镇居民医保在实施过程中面临的瓶颈及影响因素,进而提出推进城镇居民医保持续发展的对策与建议。

According to the investigation of benefit level of urban residents basic medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical system in Xinyi City,Jiangsu Province,the two medical insurance systems were compared by comparing indicators such as the proportion of hospitalization fees,number of covered and fund balance.Thus the bottleneck and the influencing factor of the implementation of urban residents basic medical insurance were analyzed,and then countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the sustainable development of this system.
