摘要
目的探讨进展性脑梗死(PIS)患者血清D-二聚体及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化在诊治进展性脑梗死中的意义。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者根据临床症状及体征等分为进展性脑梗死组36例和稳定性脑梗死组64例,分别检测其血清D-二聚体及hs-CRP的水平,并设定35例健康医务人员为健康对照组进行比较。结果稳定性脑梗死组血清D-二聚体及hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01);进展性脑梗死组患者血清D-二聚体及hs-CRP水平显著高于稳定性脑梗死组,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论血清D-二聚体、hs-CRP水平在脑梗死发生时增高,在进展性脑梗死发生时尤其明显。两者可作为进展性脑梗死独立的高危因素和预示因子,也有助于PIS的早期诊治。
Objective To study the significance of changes of serum D-dimer and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in diagnosing and treating patients with progressive cerebral infarction(PIS).Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the progressive cerebral infarction group with 36 patients and the stable cerebral infarction group with 64 patients according to the clinical symptoms and signs.The serum D-dimer and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels were detected.And 35 healthy medical staffs were selected as the control group.Results The stable cerebral infarction group was higher than the control group in both serum D-dimer and hs-CRP levels,with statistically significant differences(P 0.01).The progressive cerebral infarction group was higher than the stable cerebral infarction group in both serum D-dimer and hs-CRP levels,with statistically significant differences(P 0.01).Conclusion The serum D-dimer and hs-CRP levels increase at the occurrence of cerebral infarction,which is especially obvious at the occurrence of progressive cerebral infarction.Both serum D-dimer and hs-CRP can serve as the independent high risk factor and predictor of progressive cerebral infarction and are also conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of PIS.
