高渗盐微量泵治疗肿瘤相关性低钠血症2例

摘要 低钠血症是肿瘤相关最常见的电解质紊乱,大约有14%的低钠血症与肿瘤相关。关于肿瘤相关性低钠血症的病因目前已清楚,其治疗可简单归为限水、补钠、利尿、激素等,虽可纠正大多数低钠血症,但对顽固性低钠血症的治疗仍无明显效果。我科对2例合并重症低钠血症肿瘤患者采用微量泵低剂量持续泵入10%NaCl,纠正顽固性低钠血症效果明显,现报告如下。
