文章通过阐述文献供需矛盾以及网络环境下文献配置观念的拓变 ,提出了文献信息部门在文献配置方面 ,应处理好网上文献与印刷型文献的经费比例 ,整体订购与个体订购间等关系问题。

? Contradiction between document supply and needing and, change of the idea of document acquisition in network are expounded. The methods to treat the fund ratio relation between the electronic document and printed one and relation between individual and collective acquisition in current condition are presented.
