摘要
介绍了日本“图书馆自由”观念的来源、含义与理论基础 ,评述了1 979年日本《图书馆自由宣言》所涉及的主要理论与实践问题 ,并指出在中国目前已经基本具备了对图书馆的自由权利这一国际性问题展开研究的条件。
? This paper introduces the origin, meaning and theoretical basis, and reviews the main theoretical and practical problems about declaration of the Japanese “Library Freedom”. The author points out that China has researchable conditions concerning the international problem:the right to library freedom.
