摘要
介绍了兴山煤矿钢带机盘形制动器为增加制动力矩更新改造进行的选型计算,同时对盘形制动器安装调试技术要求和相关规定进行了收集整理,总结了盘形闸在运行工作中维护保养故障排除的一些做法。
This paper introduces the selection calculation to increase the braking torque and renovate the disc-- type brake of cable belt conveyor in XingShan Coal Mine, collects the installation and debugging requirements and relevant regulations of disc-- type brake and sums up some methods of maintaining and faults clearing of disc --type brake in operation.
