为做强做大煤炭物流贸易产业,努力应对煤炭市场低迷及经济下行,煤炭销售公司在做好统购统销工作的基础上,积极开展自营业务。自营业务存在经营、财务、法律等诸多风险,本文试图从财务角度,对自营业务进行剖析并提出几点建议,以期有所启发。

To cope with the downturn of coal market and economy and make the coal logistics trade industry stronger and larger, coal sales companies conduct self--operated business on the basis of controlled procurement and distribution. Aiming at the risks of operation, finance and law in self--operated business, the author analy zes the self--operated business and proposes some suggestions from a financial perspective.
