摘要 Background Pancreaticogastrostomy （PG） has been proposed as an alternative to pancreaticojejunostomy （PJ）, assuming that postoperative complications are less frequent. The aim of this research was to compare the safety of PG with PJ reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
