世界烧伤治疗的新黄金标准:烧伤再生医学与疗法——第16届世界烧伤大会纪实

A New Gold Standard for World Burns Treatment:Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy——Report on the 16^(th) congress of International Society for Burn Injuries

2004年，有着百余年历史的瑞士著名生物医药出版社——KARGER出版了《烧伤再生医学与疗法》一书，并且做出以“革命性的和令人惊奇的”为题的书评。书中全面介绍了来自中国的一种不同于传统外科疗法的全新的再生医学体系，并详细介绍了这个医学体系下的再生疗法用于治疗烧伤的大量有着显著疗效的临床实践病例和详尽的基础理论研究。出版社在书评中写道：“这本书将给世界的干细胞研究、烧伤治疗、免疫学及细胞生物学研究带来新纬度的讨论．烧伤专家们将可以学习新的烧伤治疗的黄金标准。”这本书的出版也是首次向世界科学界全面介绍烧伤再生医学与疗法。如今8年过去了，在这8年中，传统外科学和烧伤再生医学均取得了进一步的研究和发展，为全世界烧伤的治疗和研究做出了巨大贡献。

In 2004, KARGER, a renowned biomedicine press with a history o- ver one hundred years in Switzerland published the book of Burns Regen- erative Medicine and Therapy. The book review is given with the title of ＂Revolutionary and Amazing＂. This book gives a comprehensive intro- duction about a brand new system of regenerative medicine originated from China that is different from conventional surgical therapies, as well as its clinical practice with perfect therapeutic outcomes and the detailed description of its basic researches in theory. The book review writes, ＂This publication will add a new dimension to the discussion on stem cells, burns treatment, immunology and cell biology. Burns specialists will learn of the new gold standard in burns treatment. ＂ The publication of this book indicates it was the first time to introduce Burns Regenera- tive Medicine and Therapy （MEBT/MEBO） in the field of world science in an all-round manner. Now, it has been eight years, both conventional surgical therapy and MEBT/MEBO have made further achievements and progress that have made great contributions to the world burns care and research. The outstanding advantages of MEBT/MEBO, such as less pain, reduced disability rate, better healing quality, lowered cost as wellas increased survival rate which have been proved in the clinical practice over the last eight years make it become a new gold standard for worhl burns treatment.
