高海拔地区应用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗电弧光烧伤的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高海拔地区应用皮肤原位再生复原技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗电弧光烧伤的效果。方法将2006年~2011年在海拔2260 m的高原上住院的烧伤患者中采用MEBT/MEBO治疗的138例电弧光烧伤病例资料进行回顾性分析,对创面愈合时间、疼痛感、瘢痕增生情况进行评价。结果皮肤原位再生复原技术对创面止痛效果好,创面无干燥加深,浅Ⅱ度创面平均7 d生理性愈合,深Ⅱ度创面平均22 d生理性愈合,Ⅲ度创面平均36 d愈合且无增生性瘢痕。结论应用皮肤原位再生复原技术在高海拔地区治疗电弧光烧伤,治愈率高、致残率低、方法简便易行,适合在高海拔地区推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effects of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of electric arc light burns in the high altitude regions. Methods Data of 138 hospitalized patients with arc light burns treated with MEBT/MEBO between 2006 and 2011 in the high altitude (elevation 2260m) region were analyzed retrospectively and the wound healing time, pain scale and scar hyperplasia were evaluated. Results MEBT/MEBO was effective in relieving pain and maintaining the wound moisture without dehydration. Superficial Ⅱ degree burn wounds healed in seven days on average by epidermidaliza- tion, deep Ⅱ degree wounds physiologically healed in 22 days on average, and III degree wounds got healed without hyper- trophic scars at an average healing time of 36 days. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is a simple and practicable treatment and suitable to be applied to treat arc light burns in the high altitude regions in that it can achieve a higher curative rate and lower morbidity.
