湿润烧伤膏灌注疗法治疗肛瘘术后创面疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of MEBO-Perfusion in Treating Surgical Wounds of Anal Fistula

目的比较湿润烧伤膏与马应龙痔疮膏治疗低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面的疗效。方法 80例低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者被随机分为两组:40例采用湿润烧伤膏灌注疗法治疗(治疗组),另40例采用马应龙痔疮膏换药治疗(对照组)。术后治疗观察期为30 d,对比观察止痛效果、愈合速度、术后并发症;创面愈合后对后遗症的随访期为3个月。结果比较两组的止痛效果、愈合时间、术后并发症及后遗症,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面的效果较好,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the curative effects of MEBO and MA Ying-long Hemorrhoid Cream in treating surgical wounds of simple low anal fistula. Methods Eighty patients of simple low anal fistula were randomly and equally divided into two groups ： 40 patients were treated with MEBO-perfusion （ treatment group） and the other 40 patients were treated with MA Ying-long Hemorrhoid Cream （control group）. After the operation, the curative effects were observed for 30 days to compare the pain relieving, healing speed and complication situation. Three-month follow-up on sequela was per- formed after wound healing. Results Pain relieving effect, healing speed, complication and sequela situation in the treat- ment group were all superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion MEBO can realize excellent effects in treating surgical wounds of simple low anal fistula and should be promoted in clinic.
