抗足细胞抗体与特发性膜性肾病发病机制研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 特发性膜性肾病（idiopathic membranous nephropathy，IMN）是成人肾病综合征最常见的病理类型，约占我国原发性肾病综合征的25％-30％。国内北京、南京及上海的资料统计，膜性肾病发病率约占原发性肾小球疾病的9．9％-13．5％。
