组织结构分离技术在巨大腹壁疝中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 巨大的腹壁疝并不十分少见，但治疗非常棘手。虽可采用补片修复，但是术后腹壁的生理功能不能有效恢复。近年来，手术治疗巨大腹壁疝的成功经验逐渐增多，其中所采用的组织结构分离技术（component separation technique，CST）提高了手术成功率，综述如下。
