气流喷砂器对牙面色素清洁效果和粗糙度影响

摘要 目的探讨4种气流喷砂器和超声洁治器对牙面外来色素的清洁能力和对牙面粗糙度的影响。方法 33颗离体牙分别用4种气流喷砂器(OP组:Osada Porarisu T;HC组:HandyJet C;QS组:QuickJet S;PM组:Prophy-mate T)和超声洁治器(US组:Morita)处理后,用分光色差仪和激光表面粗糙形状测定机观察色差和牙面粗糙度的变化。结果清洁能力气流喷砂HC组、QS组与OP组、PM组间有差异(P≤0.05),与超声洁治组之间无差异;气流喷砂组色素去除后牙面粗糙度较超声洁治器组有所降低,但5组之间没有显著性差异。结论气流喷砂器HC组、QS组色素清除效果较OP组、PM组更好,与超声洁治效果相同;气流喷砂对牙面的粗糙度影响比超声洁治小。 Objective To investigate the effect of 4 kinds of air polishers and ultrasonic scaling on the surface cleanness and roughness of teeth in vitro. Methods Thirty-three teeth were randomly divided into five groups, air polisher groups( OP: Osada Porarisu T, HC: HandyJet C, QS: QuickJet S, PM: Prophy-mate T)and ultrasonic scaling group(US: Morita). The surface cleanness and roughness of teeth treated with air polishers and ultrasonic scaling was observed by spectrophotometer and Surfcom590A. Results The ability of removing tooth surface stain with air polisher HC or QS was stronger than with OP or PM (P 〈 0. 05). The surface roughness of teeth treated with air polishers became lower than with ultrasonic scaling ,but there was no significant differences among the five groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion HC and QS groups of air polishers were more effective in removing stain than OP and PM. The influence of air polishers on surface roughness of teeth was smaller than that of ultrasonic scaling.
