摘要
建立了弹链的多体弹性铰模型,根据体铰统一编号的原则,利用多体传递矩阵法得到了供弹平台的总传递矩阵,结合边界条件得到了振动特征方程.在此基础上分析了不同炮弹质量下供弹平台的固有振动特性.此外,由于在供弹过程中供弹平台的载弹量是动态变化的,进一步分析了发射过程中固有频率的变化规律.由计算结果可知,总体上炮弹的质量越大,供弹平台的一阶振动频率越小;在发射过程中供弹平台的一阶振动频率是不断减小的.此研究为供弹平台的振动稳定性问题的研究提供了一定的理论依据.
The multi-body dynamic model with flexible joints for an ammunition chain was developed. According to the principle of uniform numbering, the overall transfer matrix on the feeding platform was established by using the multi-body transfer matrix method and the system characteristic equations were educed by combining the boundary conditions. On the basis of this, the natural vibration characteristics at different shell mass situations were analyzed. In addition, during the fn'ing progress of a naval gun, the number of shells on feeding platform dynamically changed. The variation of the natural frequency was also analyzed. The results show that, generally, the larger the mass of shell, the smaller the first order of vibration frequency of the feeding platform; in the firing process, the first order of vibration frequency of the feeding platform was reduced unceasingly. The research provides theoretical basis for the research on the vibration stability of a feeding platform.
