摘要
从辅助密封圈的预接触压力和接触压力、机械密封端面静态力平衡分析、摩擦副温度场和应力场分析3个方面,研究了某火箭发射时涡轮泵排气背压的增大对机械密封工作性能的影响,并得出了机械密封满足火箭发射使用要求的结论。
The influence of the increased turbopump exhausting back pressure on working performance of mechanical seals as the rocket being launched submarine was discussed from the aspects of auxiliary seals performance,the static analysis of mechanical seals,friction pairs temperature distribution and stress field,and the conclusion was given that the mechanical seals can meet the application requirements of rocket launched.
