摘要
云南化工厂自行设计、安装了我国首套 7kt/a 72 %离子膜法片碱生产装置 ,减少烧碱占库。介绍了该方法的工艺流程、特点及运行情况 ,可供同行借鉴。
The first production line of 7 kt/a ion-exchange membrane flake caustic (wt%=72%) in our country has been put into operation in Yunnan Chemical Plant.It can lesson the stocking space of caustic soda.This paper introduces its process,characteristics and running performances,which is helpful for the same kind of plants.
