篪之疑说

Doubtful Point on Chi

近年来,通过曾侯乙墓两只竹篪乐器实物的出土,以及篪乐器相关历史文献的记载,学界对中国古代篪的形制及其持奏方式等问题已经形成共识,即双手同向持奏的有"底"之笛。部分学者在篪的细部问题上也有诸如篪为簧类乐器、"觜"为横笛下方吹口附加物等推论。但通过相关资料的详细研究,发现上述共识与推论实难成立。因此,甄辨前人之言,是为疑说。

As two Chi unearthed from the Tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng,with some historical document relevant on Chi,the academic circles got a common view about some issues such as its shape and playing way,which was a kind of Chinese flute with one end closed as ＂bottom＂,held by both hands in the same direction.Some scholars held the idea that Chi belongs to a kind of reed instruments,and Zi just an attachment to mouthpiece below the Chinese bamboo flute.By research on the related documents in very details,the author did not agreed with above views;therefore,those viewpoints were doubtful.
