同乡会是我国高校普遍存在的,也是最为重要的非正式学生组织。高等院校如何发挥同乡会组织的积极作用,使其参与到和谐校园的构建中,已成为高校学生工作者面临的一个重要而紧迫的课题。文章在分析同乡会特点的基础上,着重讨论了当前在构建和谐校园过程中发挥同乡会作用的必要性,并从发挥同乡会在构建和谐人际关系、加强和谐校园文化建设、促进校园和谐稳定等方面,探讨高校同乡会在构建和谐校园中的作用。

The countrymen association, which is one of the most important informal student organizations, universally exists in our universities. How to play an active role of the organization in the course of the building of a harmonious campus has become an important and urgent issue facing administrators dealing with students＇ affairs in colleges. Based on the charac- teristics of the countrymen association, the article focuses on the necessity to play the role of the association in the process of building a harmonious campus and explore the role of the association of universities in building a harmonious campus.
