Analysis of WANG Gen's Ideological “People Daily is the Way”

"百姓日用是道"是王艮整个思想体系中最为重要的组成部分。关于其思想内容及其价值,学界论述较多,说法不一。文章认为,对王艮的"百姓日用是道"应该深刻分析、客观把握。事实上,"百姓日用是道"指明了"求道"的方向,但并不是说学道就是学习百姓的日常活动;"百姓日用是道"体现了圣愚平等的思想,但并非百姓为上的主体观;"百姓日用是道"阐述了人性天生良知的完美性,却不否认"知"及"知"的差别。王艮的"百姓日用是道"与传统的"日用"理论不同,是一种理论创新,很有思想价值与实践价值。

This paper thinks that we should deeply analyze WANG Gen＇ s ideological ＂People Daily is the Way＂. ＂People Daily is the Way＂ is the direction of the＂Way＂ instead of learning the daily activities of people. It embodies the idea of equality of saints and civilians, but not the people on the main con- cept. It describes the perfection of human nature innate conscience, while acknowledging that ＂knowledge＂ and ＂know＂ the difference. As a theoretical innovation, ＂People Daily is the Way＂ has a high ideological value and practical value,and is different from the traditional ＂daily＂ theory.
