摘要
通过对氢气纯化器自动控制技术的研究,分析了该控制模式存在的不足,并提出采用时间程序模式和露点模式相结合的控制模式,对产品氢气的干燥度和干燥器的使用工况进行监控,从而实现对产品氢气露点温度的智能监控。经比较,露点节能控制模式明显优于单纯的时间程序控制模式。
By analyzing control technique of hydrogen purifier, shortage was indicated, and dew point saving energy control mode was put forward to watch and control dry degree and using condition of hydrogen, which was integrated dew point mode with time program mode. Energy wasting was compared to the two control mode, pointed out that dew point control mode evidently precede single time program control mode, and a new measuring and controlling means was provided for dew control of hydrogen purifier.
